If you do not have any moisturizer for your cuticles use chap stick. Rub it all around the fingernail cuticle and massage it in.
if you have very long or just dry hair !!!!! I use plain olive oil massage it in really good put on shower cap and leave over nite or at least 4 to 5 hours better than hot oil treatment and cost less !!
When you moisturize your face, do not forget to make a little "moustache" of your cream or lotion above your upper lip, which is an area a lot of women forget to moisturize. Do not forget your ears either. A well moisturized face and dry looking ears do not match. Just rub the excess over the ears.
To make your fragrances last longer, place a drop of that fragrance's body lotion on your pulse points. Spray your fragrance on the body lotion. Your scent will last longer.
If you have some eye shadow "dust" left on your cheeks after applying eye shadow, using the stiff brush on one end of your eyelash comb/brush utensil will remove the "dust" without smearing.
I used to be in the hair "biz". The tip regarding NEVER using a brush on wet hair was great. Especially for long hair. Always start at the bottom with a wide tooth comb and work your way up. It takes a little longer but your hair will thank you. Also, when it comes to conditioning your hair, I find that a little goes a long way. To avoid hair that lays too flat, condition only the ends of your hair. Conditioner mixed with your scalps natural oils will only weigh your hair down. And always be sure to rinse all of the shampoo and conditioner out of your hair.
Smear a tiny amount of Vaseline on all your body's pulse points or where you normally place your favorite scent before you actually put your perfume of cologne on. This will keep the scent on you for so much longer than it normally would.
When spraying your fragrance, spray in directly in front of you, then walk through it. This distributes the fragrance alll over you instead of just in places.
When I have left over conditioner I use it on my legs to shave while in the shower. Shampoo also is great to shve your legs with.
I've learned that you can take a fragrance that doesn't seem to last terribly long on your skin, and spritz just a bit in your hair to make it last longer. It seems to keep the scent fresh because you're not sweating it away, and it doesn't lose potency. While I do still spray my perfume on my skin, I also make sure to spritz some in the air and shake my hair through it. Just a helpful tip for those who seem to lose the potency of their scent too quickly.
