How to Order/Payment Options
We accept: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover Card. You may also pay with a Personal check or Money order denominated in U.S. dollars.

You have 5 ordering options below:
1. Order and Pay entirely online using our SECURE SERVER (the fastest method)
Shop throughout our store and place the items you wish to purchase into your shopping cart. Remember, you may change the quantity of any item in your shopping cart, as well as remove it completely, at any time.
When you have completed all of your shopping, simply fill out and submit the online order form including your credit card number and expiration date, plus all the necessary billing and shipping information. You will then receive an Order Confirmation Number to which you can refer. Be sure to include your daytime phone number and E-mail address so that we can contact you with any questions regarding your order.
2. Order online BUT pay by Phone with credit card:
If you prefer not to put your Credit Card Number online into our SECURE Transaction Server, you can finalize your order by giving us your credit card number over the telephone. Simply complete and submit your full order online and LEAVE OUT your credit card information. Once you complete and submit the online form, you will be given an Order Confirmation Number. Then simply give us a call and tell us your Name, Order Confirmation Number, Credit Card Number and Expiration date.

3. Order online BUT pay by Fax with credit card:
If you prefer not to put your Credit Card Number online into our SECURE Transaction Server, you can finalize your order by giving us your credit card number via the FAX. Simply complete and submit your full order online and LEAVE OUT your credit card information. Once you complete and submit the online form, you will be given an Order Confirmation Number. Then simply FAX US one page containing your full name, E-mail address, Order Confirmation Number and your complete: Credit Card Type (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express) Credit Card Number and Expiration Date.

4. Order and Pay entirely by Phone:
If you do not have a "forms capable browser" or you do not wish to order online using our SECURE Transaction Server, just give us a call at:

5. Order online BUT pay by Personal Check or Money Order:
If you prefer to pay with a Personal Check or Money Order you may do so. Simply complete and submit your full order online and select, pay by check or money order on the order form. Once you complete and submit the online form, you will be given an Order Confirmation Number. Then simply mail us a Personal Check or Money Order made payable to FragranceNet.com for the full amount of your order.

with your payment.

Sales Tax
Sales tax is charged on all orders shipping to New York State. Please note that tax is computed at the state level when placing your order. Your actual tax may vary depending upon the county you are shipping to.

Coupon Redemption
To redeem a coupon, simply click on the coupon link provided or enter the coupon claim code during the checkout process. Coupons are redeemable for one time and one purchase only.

Shipping costs range depending on your location. Please use our Shipping Calculator to calculate actual cost. Orders typically take 10-21 business days.
If your country is not listed, please contact our customer service department via email to arrange delivery.
*Please note, Customs policies vary from country to country. You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are enforced once a shipment reaches your country. Charges for customs clearance must be paid by you. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges.
