A message to our customers about the Coronavirus.

Update: We are open

Our website, distribution centers and customer service are open and operational.

Please note some deliveries may take a few extra days.

In these uncertain times, the safety and well-being of our customers and employees remain our top priority.

As the Coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to affect our communities, we want to share some immediate steps we have taken to help keep our customers and employees safe and healthy.

Like many others, our teams are closely following guidelines from the CDC, WHO, and other local and national health organizations. We continue to receive the most up to date information and we have taken the following actions to date:

  • We're monitoring our distribution centers to ensure all the right cleaning supplies are always stocked and used to it's full capacity.
  • Increased frequency of sanitation and cleaning of all our distribution centers and especially in high traffic areas.
  • All employees have been recommended to take precautionary health measures, including frequent hand washing and sanitation, staying home when sick, social distancing, and pausing all non-essential travel.

Adding To Your Address Book

If you've subscribed to our regular email newsletter, you can make delivery easier by adding our address, info@fragrancenet.com to your address book now. This will help prevent accidental filtering into your trash or junk folder. If you need help, we've included instructions for several popular mail services and programs below.

  1. Open the email you received from FragranceNet.com
  2. Click on the "Add Address" button, found on the right-hand side of the message window
  3. Click on the "Save" button

  2. Click on the "More Options" link, found in the top left of the message frame, next to the time
  3. Click on "Add sender to contacts list", found in the menu of options that appears

  2. Click on the "Save Address" button, found at the top right of the message window
  3. Click on "OK"

  2. Right-click over the sender's address (FragranceNet.com [info@fragrancenet.com])
  3. Click on "Add to Contacts" in the menu that appears
  4. A new window will appear. Click on the "Save and Close" button, found at the top left
