Opium Reviews
Introduced in 1995, Opium by Yves Saint Laurent is a men's fragrance that is tailor made for casual situations, from lunch with a friend to an evening at the pub. This cologne features a mix of ginger, cedar, vanilla and pepper that mix to create a fresh, lively scent with hints of basalm. Its unique combination of scents intriguingly complements your casual wear. No matter where you choose to take Opium, its intoxicating scent will ensure that you make an impression on those around you.
Review of Opium
Glad to see I'm not alone in my feelings about the Opium. I thought at first I'd been dudded with a cheap knockoff but not only has the bottle shrunk and I didn't get the volume I paid for, I got something that just didn't smell right. Like many others I had men complimenting me on my perfume but no more; I will not be buying this Opium again, or any other YSL perfumes in protest. They are off my list for all time.

Review of Opium
I have used Opium since 1977. I would rate it 10 ****** if YSL had not changed the formula. In the winter I wore Opium as long as the weather permitted then for really hot days I wear White Shoulders or Georgio. But the old formula of Opium was the best I even had men ask what i was wearing right in front of their wives.I fellin Love with it in 1977 and hadn't used anything else until it was changed please suggest they bring back the old formula. BIG FAN !!!!!!!!!!!!

Review of Opium
The Original Opium was Great. I've worn it for over 32 yrs. The new revised scent is horrible. My husband bought it for me for Christmas 2 yrs ago as he has always done & I new something was different besides the packaging. I immediately bought as many of the old packaging as possible. Once they're finished I'll have to switch to another fragrance. You don't fix what is not broken. Now YSL will lose many Customers!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Review of Opium
I have used Opium Parfum for over 20 years. It has changed!!!! Why, I don't understand. People always commented on m perfume and I was so delighted to inform them that it was Opium Parfum. Now, it is different, in fact I think that the EDT has a nicer perfume that the Parfum. Why on earth was this changed. I hate the fact that someone decided to alter the fragrance. Please, please can we go back to the way it was. If something is so good, it does not need fixing / altering. Please?
