L'Eau d'Issey

product description

L'Eau D'Issey opens with a splash of aquatic freshness, yuzu and watery florals set against a clean, understated woodiness that made this one of the defining men's scents of the 90s. It reads crisp rather than sweet, with a quiet sandalwood and musk base that keeps it close to the skin instead of announcing itself across a room. This is the kind of fragrance that works at 8am and still works at 6pm without needing a reapplication in between. Both bottles here hold that same scent, just sized for different parts of the day. The 4.2 oz EDT Spray is the one that lives on the dresser and gets used daily; the 1.3 oz is built for the gym bag, the carry-on, or the desk drawer for a midday pass. Nothing changes between them but the size, same fragrance, same character, just backup where he needs it. A straightforward gift for a man who's already found his scent and just needs more ways to carry it.
