Jordin Sparks Fragrances

Jordin Sparks is a bright name in the music industry, but her talent extends beyond just singing. The pop singer has showcased her acting skills on various mediums and also has experience in modeling. With early success in her career, she ventured into fragrances in 2010.

Born on Dec. 22, 1989, in Phoenix, Arizona, Sparks is the daughter of former NFL player Phillippi Sparks. From an early age, she showed inclination towards art and performance. From singing at a local restaurant to playing roles in theater productions, Sparks honed her talents and received acclaim.

In 2003, Sparks auditioned for Star Search and Junior Idol, and in 2004, she won two awards from the Gospel Music Association Academy. At the age of 16, Sparks auditioned for the sixth season of American Idol in Seattle and got her ticket to Hollywood from the judges. In 2007, the 17-year old became the youngest contestant to win the show’s title. In the same year, Sparks released her single "Tattoo" that became a huge hit. She also sang a duet with Chris Brown in her 2008 single, "No Air."

In 2010, Sparks launched her line of fragrance for women named Because Of You. The fruity, feminine fragrance featured ingredients such as Baltic amber, orchid, Clementine and vanilla. Her second fragrance, Ambition, came out on November 2012. The perfume’s notes included mint, sea moss, raspberry, sandalwood and white tea. Fascinate by Jordin Sparks, also launched in 2012, was a floral fragrance featuring white flowers.
