Like many of the previous reviews, I was given Joy by a gentleman and at that time it was considered the most expensive perfume in the world. I wore it in my 20's and not since. Now that I'm in my 50's I want to wear it again. I guess it's a little bit nostalgic.

Joy has taken me on some of my most beautiful times in life! My sweetest memories are wrapped up in Joy. Try it and make some memories of your own. It is sure to bring you happiness and you KNOW you've got good taste when you wear it. (so will everyone else) It is CLASSY.

Very elegant and luxurious. Hypnotically strong rose scent. I save it for special occasions. One should wear mink or sable when wearing this fragrance. Not for the young – they can’t handle this much power.
