The lotion has a very light scent and is a smooth, thin lotion layer. I need the body mist to give this fragrance more presence. I thought Lovely was a girlish scent but it isn't. It works for us over 50 ladies - has a complex blend at first then dries to an multi-floral with hint of lily of the valley. Not "sweet". One of my faves.

Lovely by Sarah Jessica Parker reminds me of Clinique’s hand lotion Elixor (sure spelling is wrong). I have ordered Lovely lotion so hope I like it. I always thought Clinique’s lotion was too strong for me. I am older so don’t want anything “juicy”!!
