The shimmering and delicate fragrance of Ylang in Gold is a tantalizing floral scent for women. Launched in 2012, this perfume comes from the house of M.Micallef. At the start are refreshing fruity notes along with litchi, sage, peach, rosemary, tangerine, artemisia, bitter orange and geranium. The center is captivating with hints from mint, magnolia, sandalwood, ylang-ylang, rose and lily-of-the-valley. The base is distinct with notes of musk, oakmoss, coconut and vanilla.

Pleasant blind buy although M. Micallef always makes great fragrances. To me , Application= Ylang, Coconut, Fruity with a little Mimosa or Magnolia. Dry Down= Rose, Musk, Coconut, Sandalwood. After a few hours= Rose, White Floral, Smokey Sandalwood, Musk. Also a good amount of Citrus with Ylang at immediate dry down. It dries quickly , very long lasting and strong when first spritzed. The notes compliment each other and make a sophisticated fragrance that will keep friends guessing what luxury niche you are wearing. This fragrance IMO is best for daytime, weddings, Outdoor events. Polo Matches, Thoroughbred Racing , Adventurous Strong Women:) Although a quite dinner with your partner is good if you don’t play polo in Hawaii or Skydive in the Mojave Dessert ;)
