I love this product. I have fine, limp hair that does not hold curl well. I use this on dry hair & apply hot rollers. It gives me body, shine and the curl holds all day. It does not leave any sort of sticky feeling in your hair at all. If I want a really curly look I spray several sprays on each section of hair before rolling into the hot roller. If I do not want as curly as a look, I use more of a light mist. Works great with flat irons, curling irons, etc. as well but I get the best results with hot rollers. Highly recommend.
