To me it smells like potpourri, not in a bad way but very similar to dried rose buds and incense. Like what you think a monastery would smell like. It's not a bad smell but it's definitely one I'd have to layer with something else to make the rose note more fresh and light.

Rose & Bergamote by 100BON is a bright, fresh, citrusy floral by perfumer Mathieu Nardin. The rose in this perfume is soft, not overpowering. The cherry blossom note keeps the fragrance light & airy. To my nose the vanilla note is green, not sweet. This is a great unisex workday fragrance for Springtime.
