At the start are fresh hints from green apple, artemisia, bergamot, orange and tagates. The heart is elegant with notes from jasmine, clove, caramel, saffron, rose, chamomile and violet, while the base is filled with hints from patchouli, vetiver, cedar, musk, moss, leather and ambergris.

After seeing the notes I felt very safe blind buying this, it was described as gourmand with notes of apple lemon rose iris jasmine lotus vanilla praline tonka bean and musk. I sprayed it on a test strip as soon as it came and couldn't smell any of the notes other than a sharp overpowering musk. But I didn't give up on it, I kept spraying and testing and the musk started subsiding and revealing the other notes. Today I sprayed it and to my surprise I got all the notes listed, mingling in beautiful harmony together and I CANNOT stop smelling myself. This is the most beautiful perfume I own and I want 5 more bottles of this now!! Completely amazing. Worth every penny and beyond. If you're on the fence and a gourmand/vanilla lover don't hesitate!! You won't be sorry!
