Good to layer with other scents. Not a big performer but may need to sit & mature. Wears very linear. Shines most in the dry down. Recommend, easy.

This was a blind buy, seeking something vanilla and to add a Bujairami to my collection. I wanted something I could layer, without added florals or heavy woody notes, and Ruthless Vanilla fits the bill. It's vanilla and boozy, without much else getting in the way besides enough sweetness to help the vanilla bloom without being cloying. So this is indeed a solid unisex vanilla, and you could easily layer other scents with it or wear it by itself.

Low 

If you love Gourmand scents but want something more mysterious and "boss-like," this is a must have. It’s unisex but has a rugged, boozy edge that makes it stand out from typical vanilla perfumes

I was looking for a fairly straight forward vanilla, not too feminine, not full of tobacco to make it overly masculine. I was looking at Vanilla Kiss when I saw Ruthless Vanilla and said "why not?" What a great blind buy! Its a nice vanilla that's not too cloying, not overly floral, has a nice booziness that is also balanced. I don't know if its inspired by anything, but it's a winner, with a nice bottle presentation and great atomizer. It'll layer with other scents nicely too.
