Combining the instant refreshing gel with the Elemis Muscle Ease Oil in your hand, rub the 2 together and applying it to your muscles is cool, refreshing and eases the muscle pain. It's my go to product when I know I need quick relief. You can also use it for massage all over your body.

I purchased this item on a cruise after my spa day and thought that I would have to go on another cruise to get it. This product is wonderful on achy muscles especially before going to bed. The price was so awesome that I purchased 2.
