I used to wear Vetiver by Thymes Limited, but they dicontinued the line. This is dead on the exact same scent. I always get compliments when I wear this, it is an unusual scent for a woman to wear, very earthy. Men love it.

I wear Guerlain's Vetiver as my daily scent. Housework, shopping, traveling, outdoor entertaining. It is clean, but exotic; dry, sharp but mellow. I am female and find it more elegant than common women's sport fragrances.

I agree with the assessment that this is a classic scent. No grown man who appreciates the nuiances of fragrance should be without Vetiver. And only Guerlain does it correctly. Trust me. And it is entirely pleasant in any season as well.

Review of Vetiver Guerlain
I discovered Vetiver when I was 18 and have been using it since 1960. Its aroma has become associated with me. Although I find it difficult to find, I still enjoy the fragrance and seek it out to keep in my home. It is the only cologne I use.
