I bought Ulysse without smelling it first (there was no tester) based on the recommendation of the guy at the store. It was a wonderful and pleasant surprise when my brother opened it and loved it. I loved it too. It's subtle, fresh and crisp. Not overpowering at all. That was two years ago...now I'm getting it for my husband this Christmas. It's a good one to have on hand because it could be a very versitile scent, just dress it up or down. Definately an attention grabber because it's not the typical musky scent for a guy. Nice change of pace.

Great scent! Haven't worn this in about 10 years and it was a random when I first purchased this colonge, but the compliments I received were overwhelming, glad I could find it again,especially at this price. thanks Fragrancenet!

Review of Ulysse
I bought Ulysses a couple of years ago for my son and the women were chasing him down the street. Everyone wanted to know what he was wearing. It has a scent of its own and its not too strong, its just right.

Wow wow wow is all I can say when I first smelt ulysee I must have been sick with a cold and by that didn't really smell it because two years later it's one of the best smelling colonge in my stable again wow wow. This is a must have
