Shalimar came as a gift years ago. I've worn it ever since. It has a vanilla base, isn't too flowery on me, and it has a history of being created for a Japanese Empress. It smells a little differently on each women who wears it. As it mixes with your bodies chemistry, it doesn't smell exactly alike on every woman. My friend wears it and it doesn't smell the same on her as it does me. I get asked all the time, "what is that, it smells so good". People are surprised when hearing what it is.

It is my signature fragrance! Have tried others and always come back to Shalimar! All men love it - even had a man I didn't know ask what I was wearing - told me how nice it was on me!

I love Shalimar. My dear husband bought me my first bottle after the birth of our first child. He has recently passed away, but everytime I wear my Shalimar I think of him.
