I found this fragrance the most suitable for women with sinus issues. Its soft fragrance is gentle enough to not cause headaches, but strong enough for others to notice. A must to have in your collection.

I love Premier Jour. I caught the fragrance on another person and was taken by the smell right away. It's the best fragrance that I've used in my 50 years. I receive a lot of compliments. It just does not last long but I'm carrying it in my purse...wish I could find a small purse size for a re-touch every now and then. Other than that, it's fantastic.
