My beloved Stepmother got me 'hooked' over 30 years ago. I need not ever waste my money on anything else. Opium is my scent and always will be. The compliments keep coming even after having put it on over 8 to 10 hours earlier.

The "mature" label is funny. I discovered Opium as a sophomore in college and never looked back. That was nearly 30 years ago. The farthest I've strayed is to try the summer Opium...which is also excellent. Very warm and intimate. After nearly 20 years of marriage, my husband...after a hug...still says "you smell great!"

I started wearing this frangrance when I was about 25 yrs old and I wore it every day until.... I was in a dressing room at the mall when i was about 30 yrs old and this young man who was just passing by yelled out,"Opium, right? You smell fabulous! Well, needless to say, I was flattered to no end! I learned, on that day, the power of Opium and decided to only wear it on those occasions that I wanted to trigger memories with the smell. You know what I mean!

i've worn nothing but opium for over 25 years. men i dated years ago still tell me that when they smell this perfume, they always think of me. how many other perfumes do you think most men recognize and remember? uh, none.
