Review of Gentleman
I first found this edt in 1976 when I started work for a well known television company. it was being worn by a good friend and I thought it was really different and fresh. I have now been wearing it ever since, I have found that it tends to take on a different personna depending on who is wearing it thus making it an idividual fragrance without the price tag of an exclusive EDT. Although one can get cheaper named fragrances on the market they do not even compare with the longevity and freshness of Givenchy Gentleman

Review of Gentleman
Very elegant and makes a statement. It is peppery and to me also woodsy. If you are into citrus smells like summer fragrances this may not be for you. It is not a "fun" and "active" smell for me, it is more like the aroma of a fine humidor, or wine cellar owner. Do not take this as negative or that it smells like humidity, what I mean to say is that, to me, it gives the image of elegance and tradition.

Review of Gentleman
I've been using this cologne since it first came out 35 - 36 yeras ago. If I was to switch now my wife would kill me. And I never tire of women telling me how good I smell.. Buy it. Wear it. You'll be glad you did. It'll be your signature. It's fun being loved!
