Design by Paul Sebastian is my favorite fragrance. I receive compliments almost daily and best of all---from the male species. And isn't that one of the major reasons for wearing a fragrance? Review of Design
A friend gave Design to me as a gift and from then on I received compliments on how good I smelled. That had never happened before, so I knew I had found my fragrance at last! If people lean in close and then tell me how good I smell nothing could be more romantic or more flattering. I am a Design user for LIFE!

Review of Design
This perfume gets noticed!! People who are familiar with the scent recognize when I am wearing it, and people not familiar with it frequently comment on how nice the scent is and ask its name. It is not an overpowering scent and is very pleasant.
