Deseo by Jennifer Lopez combines a variety of scents to become an ideal perfume for women. It actively mixes elements of freesia, bergamot, and pink geranium flower with jasmine, mimosa, and orange blossom. Other notes include oak moss and amber mingling with sandalwood and cedar. First introduced in 2008, Deseo provides a fresh and unique scent that is complicated and not overbearing. It also works well for many different types of occasions, from running casual errands to meeting other people.
Review of Deseo
Even though I had to pick the Citrus/Fruity category for this fragrance, it has a subtle undernote that is warmer and spicier than just citrus. I normally don't like 'celebrity' fragrances but I smelled this in the store and was in love immediately. About 20 minutes after application, the real notes come out and it's a warm, amber, bergamot aroma. I know there's no cinnamon or vanilla in this, but there's something that seems slightly in that family...which is why I think men respond to it. I do wish it lasted longer...but a quick touch up is all that's needed before going out at night. I generally wear three fragrances a year, one for any season, a summer scent, and a winter scent. I've moved this fragrance into my rotation.

For the scent classification I would say neigther. Its soft to the smell,and when you first smell you just know that you you have to have it . It's a smell that is different from the other big name perfrums. I love it,and I wouldn't tell anyone else where i got it from because i want to keep it a secert. Elissa Barnes
