Review of Clarins

The product I purchased for my wife is very good and she is very pleased (Clarins for Women, Super Restorative Total Eye Concentrate). The only disappointment was the delivery time it took to receive the product. The product was ordered on February 1st expecting to receive it by Valentine's Day. The product was shipped on February 11th and it arrived at my house on February 19th (using FedEx ground), approximately 2.5 weeks later from the order date. This is unacceptable. One suggestion: please notify the customer if you are unable to ship within a couple days.
