I LOVE Ciara!!! I have worn this since December, 2007. I was on and off, on and off, now on for life! I really couldn't rate the best time to wear this, because any time is the best time. It has a sweet, flowery, spicy smell about it. Very delicious. I only wear the 100%, it suites me best. My husband LOVES this scent. I had a woman at my job say to me one day; "you smell good!!! What is that??!!!" I thought that she was weird, but she wasn't, she just knew what she liked. It really last a long, long, time. I sprayed this on after 06:00 this morning, and it is now 18:14 and it is STILL going strong! Ciara is just like my husband, georgous, and delicious! Find what best suites you.

Review of Ciara 100%
This fragrance was one of two introduced by Revlon at the same time, when I sold Revlon back in the late 70s. The other was Cerissa. Cerissa was so beautiful and feminine, and I can't find it now. But Ciara is pungent and reminds me of something a prostitute would wear. I find it so strange that people love it. Oh well, I still pine away for Cerissa.

I have been wearing Ciara 200 for over 20 years, I go through 5 bottles a year and will not wear anything else. On numerous occasions I have had people stop me and ask what I am wearing and are delighted when I tell them is is Revlon. Thank you Revlon for this wonderful signature scent, but please bring back the Ciara 200, the Ciara 100 is not the same. If any one knows where I can buy any Ciara 200 please let me know, I have only a half bottle left. This wonderful scent I wear day and night it really suits any occasion.

Review of Ciara 100%
I was sick when I found out Revelon stopped making the Ciara 200. I've been wearing it since the '70's. I will always were this scent until they stop making it altogether. I don't think I've ever been in public without someone complimenting on it. Granted the young girls say it reminds them of their mother, but I am old enough to be their mother. I usually tell them their mother has good taste.
