the first Christmas after my husband and i met he bought me chanel no.5 perfume. before then, i had never had any real perfume. after many years of trying other scents(moderate to expensive), i always go back to no. 5. it generates compliments from the super market to the office to special occasions. after 37 years of marriage, i must admit, he 'spoiled' me with the best.

I remember when a boss gave me Chanel #5 for a Holiday present back in the 70's and I just loved it. I still have some left from the same bottle and it still smells great. Through the years I have enjoyed all of the Chanel #5 fragrances. This is an elegant woman’s perfume. Any age group can wear Chanel #5. Enjoy the sophistication!

When I was a child, in the 40's, my mother had a beautiful empty blue bottle of Chanel # 5. She saved the bottle because it was so beautiful. The scent remained in the bottle & I use to take the top off to smell it. I have never forgotten about that.

Review of Chanel #5
I have worn Chanel No. 5 since the age of 20. I often layer it with the body creme but the body creme can be worn alone. This definitely isn't a "granny" fragrence but one of classic and unmistakeable beauty. I often get compliments on this perfume from men and women alike.
