When I started wearing Chanel No.5, everyone asked me what I had on, because they wanted to get some! Then when I told them, they were all so surprized because they thought, it's so old, like Chantilly, or something!!! Well this is the beautiful CLASSIC! It blends with your own body heat and chemistry and becomes just fantastic!

Chanel No 5 was the first fragrance I wore in college, and now at age 61 it is still my favorite. It is very distinct and definitely cannot be worn by just anyone. But for me...it is my favorite. I don't wear it every day; however, when I reach for it...it is ALWAYS there and still something I always have on hand. I wear it some days just because...and then I wear it on special occasions also. It is the BEST.

For those who think of Chanel No.5 as a 'granny' scent, it could be this sophisticated,classic isn't right for you.I recently had a young man at a party turn to me and exclaim "What perfume are you wearing? That's the sexiest scent ever!" Not everyone can wear No.5, but it is fabulous on those who can. It is a very feminine scent.

#5 is a timeless sensual scent that is perfact for a night out or a night in with that special someone. This is only for the serious perfume person. It is light yet tells someone that you are in the room.
