Dior Homme Intensemen

The fragrance is a very beautiful mysterious powdery iris scent. As its not listed in the notes, i feel like i pick up on a vanilla in the drydown.

Beautiful smelling masculine scent; floral, powdery, fresh and light with a hint of spice and a tad sweet. The only negative thing I would say, is it lacks projection and performance. I thought the intense version would address this, but it doesn't. About 2 hours performance before it becomes a skin scent on me. I find myself reapplying at the 4hr mark. Take a look at Prada L'homme for floral, powdery, fresh. The scent profile is very similar, however, they smell totally different. Prada could be unisex, but in no way is it feminine. It's also a terrific smelling cologne but is more floral and powdery than Dior. Prada seems to have better projection and performance than Dior Homme but Dior, to me, seems to be a bit more masculine due to the spicy note. You can't go wrong with either, but if I had to choose one, I go with Prada.

Really good smell, would say it works for more of a manly and musky smell, but real sweetness very like brown sugar.

My advice to you guys is to buy a vial size to sample it first. I bought the sample and all I smelled was the ladies makeup a lip stick type of scent. That I believe comes from Ires and it's dominant and it will stick on you. I like to wear unisex scents but this one to me was a straight powerful feminine scent. Better to try it your self in a vial!! I don't recommend a blind buy for this one.
