I have worn this fragrance since it came out in the 70's. It has been nearly six years since I have had a bottle and have been searching for another one. Excited doesn't begin to describe how I felt when I deiscoverd it on Fragrance.com. I will be buying several bottles and highly recommend it above any other cologne.

I am so glad I found this site. I have worn this since it was Monsieur Houbigant, as well. I lost it several years ago, and finally found it through online surfing. It will again become my favorite (and only) cologne.

Monsieur Musk is a devine dream of a fragrance, and one since I discovered it three plus decades ago, have wished for little else. It's seductive, additive and dserving of grander recognition. Most run of the mill, disigner fragrances have nothing over it, it has no peers. It's excellance in a bottle.

This is the ultimate cologn for a number of reasons. First, I have also used it since it came out in 1973, and will not wear anything else, because it is a clean smell.....not purfumy. The longer you have it on, the better it smells. I have lost count of the number of compliments I've recieved from both men and women. It is the ultimate fragrance, and just like the lable on the box said,"He likes it, she understands it." You will not believe the attention that this smell will get you. Clean is in, not overbearing scents. That's why this product has withstood the test of time! I only hope I will always be able to get it, because it can't be found in stores. Only on line. Here's a thought,News Flash Retailers, ORDER IT, AND KEEP IT IN STOCK. It will only help your sales, and profits.

I want to add.. I AM WOMAN!! I LOVE this Scent. I want the 4 OZ. and can not find it! Just 2 oz. Been wearing it since it was Houbigant, also. The OIL!

Im male 60yrs of age, have been using this product since it came out in 73. My 31yr old son wasn't even born yet. I buy all the bottles in stock whenever i see them at a store. Why do I use it!...of course the Ladys go wild!. Love IT!!

Just like the others, I have been searching for this for years. I thought I was the only one that knew about it. I sent my girlfriend to the store to buy my favorite 1970's musk and she came back with this. At first I wasn't sure about it until the girls went wild. Then I found out that it reacts to the body chemistry and the scent has a subtle difference on different people. I am thankful you have this in stock. Please keep it coming.

Spicy!!! I am a 75 year old WOMAN who wears this AND sends this to all six of my daughters. Ispray it on me, my clothes my linens.
I discovered this scnt when it was worn by a woman at work. I asked about it. It was then Ambergris By Alyssa Ashley DIV of Houbigant.I could not wait to get off work and GET IT!! Now it is my only fragrance, no matter how hard it is to find at times, like the other Review's have stated. KEEP ON GOING!! Thanks for changing the spayer top part. WORKS BETTER!!

This may sound odd, but my husband has been wearing "Monsieur" since high school (the late 70's). It used to be called "Monsieur Houbigant". We are now 45 years old. When it became an out-of-stock item, we both freaked. It is the ONLY cologne he will wear (we all have our favorites!). And I still love it! I always buy it for him at Christmas and I stumbled upon it at a store about three years ago and bought quite a few bottles to last because I did not think that I would ever be able to find it again (Horrors!!). I am very thankful to the internet because it is now the only place I can find it. The smell is unbelievably sexy. I find it to be a great aphrodisiac. It is subtle, not one of those overpowering scents. Musks are genuinely sexy anyway, but "Monsieur" is a refreshing "Ahhhhhhhhhh"!!!!

Thank goodness for the internet. I'm on my last bottle of cologne and haven't been able to find any additional ones in any of the stores! I've been wearing Monsieur MUSK (20 years) after writing to the manufacturer of Ambergris for it's replacement (which they told me was closest to Monsieur MUSK)...had worn Ambergris for maybe 10 years. So, thank you for stocking Monsieur for me, and yes, I'm a woman, not a man.....

Since the 70's, I fell in love with this scent and I haven't found a comparison with it. The chemistry have a lots in common, but in my case is my only one.
