Givenchy created this scent for Audrey Hepburn. It is winning and feminine. Be glad that it is now available in the U.S. I got my last bottle in Paris in 1991. For a while it seemed to vanish from stores.

I have been wearing this perfume since it was bought for me by my best friend (a guy!) in the late '60's, he said it was soooo me! I love that it was created for Audrey Hepburn.I do not wear anything but this and I never stop enjoying the varying scents with my moods. I bought bottles of it everytime I went to the islands, it became almost impossible to buy here in the states! Welcome back.

I hadn't worn this fragrance for years and when I was buying cologne I decided to buy L'Interdit again. I also wear Ysatis and Amarige.

I found this fragrance in the late 1980's then it disappeared for years. It is the most popular scent that I wear. My special guy loves it. It has become my signature scent and he wants me to wear nothing else and that suits me to a T. I love it!

L'Interdit by Givenchy is elegant, seductive, pleasantly flowery, habit forming and not overpowering and sexy in it's way. Don't ever take it off the market nor change that wonderful, unmistakable fragrance. We can tell.

This scent is "flowery" but in a very sophisticated, complex way. The blend of flowers and spices, etc. results in a one-of-a-kind scent. I can't really compare it to anything else, except perhaps Cerruti 1881, which I also LOVE, but which is slightly more "airy and sandlewoody" in nature.

I used this fragrance for years back in the early 80's and then it disppeared from our stores here in Killeen, Texas. I assumed that it had been discontinued and I was very disappointed. My daughter found this website and called me and I just asked her to see if she could find this scent and she did. I am so excited to find this scent again. I was stopped on the street and asked what I was wearing - that is how good it smells.

My husband bought this scent for me several years ago when I expressed that I wanted to find a softer scent. It is delicate and subtle, which I love. It is floral, but not overpowering. I get so many comments about how wonderful it is. Simply put, it is perfect.

L'Interdit is my absolute favorite fragrance of all. I have come to love it so much, it is the only thing I wear. If I am not having a great day, I just put it on and my entire outlook changes to that of a woman who loves life and knows where she is going!
