My all-time favorite perfume is Jungle Gardenia, not the one you can buy now, but one I bought about 25 years ago. It was the best there was, and Island Gardenis is about as close a smell to it as there ever was. I have asthma, and I have to be careful what perfume I wear. The stronger smells or musky smells just literally take my breath away so, it's the kind of smell for me.

I have worn this since I was 14 - the past 28 years. I love it and always buy at least 2 bottles any time I find it. I use approximately one bottle per month. I guarantee you that at least once a week a I get a compliment on my perfume and when I tell people what it is they are always surprised. I love it and will wear it as long as it is available!

This is the only perfume I ever wore that men I didn't know would stop in their tracks and ask me what it was. I don't know what it was, but men LOVED it. All the guys I worked with raved about it.

I love Island Gardenia by Jovan but everywhere I go, I cannot find it anymore. It really is one of the freshest, cleanest fragrances around today.
