Sexy Little Things Noir is a very feminine, sweet perfume. Adorable packaging (though the atomizer only lets out a very small amount), and a cute yet classy fragrance. If you want more lasting power and a stronger scent, you should transfer the perfume to a spray bottle, which will let out more.
