Murasaki is a great fragrance for everything. I used it in the 80's and was disappointed when I could not find it anymore. The after tones are better than when you first put it on. However, it does not last very long on me. I wish I could find the lotion to keep the fragrance on me longer. Can be casual or dressy and elegant.

Shiseido Murasaki. I received this in 1980 as a gift from my father. (High School) I still have the original spray bottle. This version is just as pleasant but the bottle is not a spray. You could probably buy an atomizer for it. The fragance is ideal for a young woman. It is not overpowering. I use it during the day. It transcends age. It is difficult to find and I am glad I found this site. I received it on time. It was packed well. The bottle is very pretty. Just wish they would add an attachment atomizer. You can gently pour it on hands & apply.

Shisheido-Murasaki is a wonderful scent. I wore it in high school, but also do now. Very exotic.

Murasaki by Shiseido is my all time favorite perfume. I've been a faithful customer of this perfume since it hit the market in 1980. People always compliment me how beautiful the scent is when wearing it. It is not an owerpowing perfume, subtle, light and flowery with hints of gardenia, musk, lily amd jasmine.
