The scent of the lavender helps to keep my brain calm throughout the day. I also use lavender oil in my pillow at night to help me to fall into a deeper sleep. The combination of the two helps me to get through my night/day.

This candle is THE BEST!!! It smells so good and relaxing. I light it and put it in my dorm room and it made our entire apartment smell amazing!!! It lasts a long time too where as other candles I have purchased may be $5 up front, but they burn out in 2 days! So glad I purchased this. Will definitely buy again.
