The woody, aromatic and tropical scent of Laguna is a compelling scent for women from the design house of Salvador Dali. Launched in 1991, this scent is filled with notes from Moroccan lemon, pineapple, grapefruit, peach, plum, mandarin orange, raspberry and galbanum leaf at the start. The notes of Brazilian Rosewood, jasmine, lily-of-the-valley, Egyptian rose, and Italian iris fill the center, while the base is filled with notes from vanilla, Madagascar sandalwood, coconut, musk, patchouli, tonka bean, amber, cedar and patchouli.

I am shocked that among the SCENTS CLASSIFICATION's we lack the TERM POWDERY or CYPHRE at least! These are 2 major classifications for many, many lovely fragrances! Calling ORIENTAL/SPICY something like Dali's Laguna or Villoresi Teint De Neige but even Chanel #5 is like calling Marilyn Monroe a starlet!

This is a great mild fragrance and it goes well for the day and night. It has something difficult to apprehend and it makes the fragrance even more likable!
