I have been using Ivoire since 1980. Love the fact that it has stayed as a classic, not overrun by trendy and overwhelming fragrances. Love French perfumes since my mom taught us to wear only the best we could afford. Have liked other French fragrances, but Ivoire is the one, feels like it was made exclusively for me.

i have worn Ivoire de Balmain for approximately 35 years and love love love it. I cant find anhything comparible to it.

I have used nothing but Balmain Ivoire since 1965 and can't begin to tell you the number of times I have been stopped by both men and women just walking by outside, in elevators, stores, restaurants everywhere. Most of my clothes absorb the delicate fragrance. There is no other fragrance I'll buy.

Ivoire de Balmain fabulous fragrance. have been wearing it for over 30 years. My ex husband thought I needed a signature fragrance. We did all the counters in Bloomingdales. found Ivoire. I hear that it is to be discontinued. Was just in Europe and couldn't get it anywhere. However, I did discover a glorious scent from Loewes. Gorgeous. So, now I am in a dilemma. I can still get Ivoire but I love this new scent" Pasion". Truly delicious. All of my coats, furs, me have been Ivoire for over 30 years. I never overpower a room, I just have a subtle elegant essence.
