This is the second bottle of the edition that I am using now,and I rarely go for repeating a perfume.It has a strong tobacco base note that comes to its own after about an hour,which I find very warm and comforting,like my dad's cigars.I think I will get another bottle when this one finishes by the end of the winter seasaon.

Everything of Alfred Dunhill is first-class, including his men's colognes. Of all the colognes I have worn over the years, Dunhill Edition is one of my all-time favorites. It is an elegant cologne and has a woodsy base with citrus top notes. It is unique!

I first got Dunhill Edition in the UK in the late 80's and have worn no other fragrance since. I always get compliments for being the "Best Smelling Guy" from my female friends. It's not too strong and is great for intimate situations where you are being close with someone (nudge nudge ,wink wink)...Never overpowering..subtle and sexy..the way that you want to be...
