Gai Mattiolo Fragrances

Gia Mattiolo started off at the tender age of 19 as an Italian fashion designer. His father set him up to open his own designer store in Rome. With no formal training in fashion designing, Mattiolo rose up in the fashion industry with his sheer hard work and fine craftsmanship. Models of the 1980’s and 90’s donned his creation and he also had the rare honor to create four ecclesiastical robes for the Pope John Paul II in 1996. Designer Gia Mattiolo began his fragrance journey from 1997, when he launched his signature scents for women. The newest fragrance came out in 2009. The brand’s perfumes were made in collaboration with perfumers Jean Claude Deville, Alberto Morillas, Mark Buxton, Alain Astori, Bernard Ellena and Beatrice Piquet.
