I’m a huge fan of lorenzo villoresi’s creations and this is the finest amber perfume that I’ve ever experienced! Long lasting and delicate dry down

What an incredible journey in a bottle. Like so many scents from this house, the opening is a bit of a jumble of aromatic notes and spices - it doesn't smell like a typical amber at all, and it's kind of hard to tell where it's going. Within minutes, a beautiful ambergris note emerges under the haze of sharp spices and things start to take shape. Over the next several hours (and this has great longevity), this slowly comes into focus as an incredible spiced amber accord as the ambergris gives way to labdanum, woods, cinnamon, clove, and thick resins. The dry down is frankly incredible, and the journey along the way is nearly as good. Highly recommended for true fragranceheads willing to step outside the comfort zone of instant gratification.
