eau de parfum
men
Launched in 2020, the exciting and inviting scent of Acqua di Gio Profondo is an intense and captivating scent for men that reveals profound dimensions. Created by perfumer Alberto Morillas, this scent comes in a deep blue frosted glass bottle. The top are marine and citrusy notes with a mix of green mandarin and bergamot. The heart is captured with notes from a blend of aromatic essence, while the base reflects the depths of the sea along with notes of musk and patchouli.

Smells ok but I can't get over how quickly it vanishes. Literally 10 minutes in and I can't smell it anymore.

Quite an amazing fragrance with clean, fresh, citrusy, woodsy, scents for any occasion or season.

It's really too sweet for me and not very interesting. My wife's not a fan of it either which makes a difference whether I go with that fragrance or not. It's just kind of dull. Definitely not unpleasant. But not really very interesting probably a good work environment cologne it's not too strong.

I’m a big fan of this fragrance and it’s one of my wife’s favorites as well. Definitely a warmer weather scent as it is a “blue” fragrance. However, it smells a little more sophisticated than Dior Savague, YSL Y and Blue De Channel. Those scents tend to drift to the powdery side where as ADG Profondo does not. You definitely get sea notes and citrus (bergamot) in the opening which is not overpowering and blend well together. The dry down you start to pick up a little fresh spice or slight pepper along with the sea notes in the opening. Over all, it’s a very clean and crisp fragrance. Projection is modest but good for a blue scent (2-3 Ft). Performance actually is pretty good at around 6hrs give or take. This also has a decent silage as my wife has noted she could still smell me after I had left my home office room or in the garage after leaving. This is my daily wear for the warm months and one of my staple fragrances.
