The enticing scent of Layton by the design house of Parfums De Marly is perfect for both men and women. The oriental fragrance was introduced in 2016 and has top notes of Bergamot, Mandarin Orange, Lavender and Apple at the top. The heart is sweet and comforting with floral traces of Geranium, Jasmine and Violet. The warm woody notes of Sandalwood, Patchouli, Pepper and Vanilla capture the true sense of the wearer.

This cologne is androgynous at best. The vanilla is overpowering. I wanted to like it however there is really nothing masculine about it. Yes you can smell the pepper, menthol, toasted marshmallow but at the end you have vanilla and you smell like an herbal smore. If you're a guy and that's your thing, good on ya! My wife was not impressed. Sorry mates.
