Elemis refreshing gel Has been one of the best products I've found for my back muscle pain. Combining the instant refreshing gel with the Elemis Muscle Ease Oil in your hand, rub the 2 together and applying it to your muscles is cool, refreshing and eases the muscle pain. It's my go to product when I know I need quick relief. You can also use it for massage all over your body.

I purchased this item on a cruise after my spa day and thought that I would have to go on another cruise to get it. This product is wonderful on achy muscles especially before going to bed. The price was so awesome that I purchased 2.
