I purchased this fragrance to honor the memory of my grandmother, for whom it was so VERY special that she kept it hidden away to prevent its casual use. Because many have well commented on component notes and longevity of this remarkable fragrance, I prefer to address a separate aspect. This is NOT a fragrance for: a magical mystery date, a goth evening or to show off how sexy you really can be. It is NOT a fragrance for a crazy night out with the girls, or... for a sultry, exotic, private experience with the man of your dreams. This fragrance ... is the air of a refined, elegant, feminine woman aware of her responsibility to others, whom she can uplift with her gracious thoughtfulness and gentle positivity. Honestly, simply wearing this fragrance challenges me to live up to the role of the inspiring, recollected, nurturing lady whose company others are appreciative ofrm. (No surprise that "Quelques Fleurs" -- ...has long been treasured by aristocrats of authentic quality.)

This is a classic and the longevity last up to 3 days. on clothes. The base notes are oakmoss, honey, civet, sandalwood, amber, and tonka beans.

I love this scent on me, so many times I put on a scent, and it stinks on me, but this is beautiful for me, something to do with my body chemistry so I had almost stopped wearing perfume until I tried this Houbigant's Queleas Fleurs, I love it but I don't spray it directly on me, I spray it up in the air and let the mist come down on me.I would tell anyone to try it.
