EuroItalia was founded in 1978 thanks to the considerable intuition of Giovanni Sgariboldi. Since its launch, the company positioned itself as a leading player in the market of selective perfumery. Certainly, the reason belongs to distinctive advertising campaigns that include winning shapes and details of the design, unique artistic fragrances, and bringing in extraordinary emotion and communication.

The founder contributed to the introduction of the Made in Italy perfume. The first product he launched was Reporter, then he made business agreements with Enrico Coveri. The international turn comes with Dolce e Gabbana in the 90s. At the moment, some clients are leading brands in the field like Versace, John Richmond, Moschino, Missoni, and Naj Oleari. He summarized the spirit of his work when he declared, "Commitment, know-how in perfumes, but above all passion... [are] the secret of all our successes."

The manager has been recognized for his successful career with the Caterina de Medici prize. Additionally, the company won numerous awards, such us the BUDUAAR Estonia Beauty Awards in 2013, the Academia del Profumo award in 2012, the ELLE Beauty Awards 2012 in Finland, the Germany Musikexpress Style Award, the UK Award and the New York Award.

The EuroItalia presence is felt world-wide through qualified subsidiaries and distributors. Furthermore, the company participates in the most prestigious trade business fairs: TFWE in Cannes, IAADFS in Orlando, TFWA Asia Pacific in Singapore.
