This perfume began to be part of my life for the past 35+ years. The spicy smell pressed my youth moments and my travel to France. I have many well known favorites parfumes but Yataghan it's in my heart and be there for ever and if I can rate this cologne from 1-10 with 10 very happy I can rate with 20..

One of the greatest perfumes of all-time!!! There is so much going on - the complexity of Caron's Yatagan cannot be overstated, as its animalic leather base changes in shape and size, throughout the day. Can be worn year-round by anyone.

As the old Irish Spring ad said - 'Manly yes, but I like it, too...' The Guide lists Yatagan as a best masculine scent for a woman. Yes, but only on a very confident personality, and try before you buy. It is a nice casual scent for a woman, jeans and sweater in cooler weather on the weekend in the country. Yatagan smells like a walk through a pine forest in the autumn. Lovely. And great on a man, too!
