For me, this is a lovely eye cream. It is very MOISTURIZING, and is perfect if you have mature skin because it will add extra Emulsifiers to your eye area. Therefore, if you have wrinkles under your eyes, and have mature skin, then this Eye cream works great, in my opinion.
