Feminite is my ultimate spring scent, and it may be the best composition of the entire Serge line, being well past thirty years old and still in production. This is the quintessential modern feminine wood fragrance, an almost exact replica of Dior's La Dolce Vita, which has a more distinct cinnamon note than Feminite. Mix the magic of sweet shredded cedar with honey, stone fruits, sandalwood and indistinct florals to get a saccharin, yet elegant bomb of powdery pink froth essences. It's sad to say the older version lasted longer and doesn't project as mercilessly as the new batch.

Where do I begin... Feminite' du Bois is a dark, elegant, woody fragrance that will steal your heart. I read it reminds of Dior La Dolce Vita, alas discontinued, but I happened to have that perfume 30 years ago and I adored it. When I sniffed Feminite' du Bois it brought me back to 30 years ago, when some perfumes were so enveloping that you would feel more beautiful, more elegant than you actually were. It's an evening perfume, perfect for cold evenings, I just can't stop sniffing my wrist, seriously.
