Subtle yet full of passion, Jean Lanvin Couture for women unveils itself in surprising steps. After a sweet opening of raspberry aromas and hints of violet leaf drifting on fresh water notes, the scent evolves into something deeper, richer, more sensuous. Floral notes of peony settle on warm and mysterious cedar tones, the same way timid spring mornings and bright afternoons dissolve into the mystery of night. Launched in 2012 by Lanvin, this bewitching scent is elegant and enigmatic, with great longevity and definite appeal.

The scent is very similar to Lancôme Midnight Rose which I am also a huge fan. Has violet leaves in the top notes but a woodsy cedar base with berries surfacing in the dry down. Not a typical fruity fragrance but deeper and more elegant with the cedar and great lasting power!
