This is not a lotion as the bottle read it is . It is a clear liquid. They should be more clear about this in advertising

Aqua Di Gio after shave has been a very pleasant surprise! Crisp clean and refreshing scent that is not over powering when you walk in the room. A man's scent that is sophisticated yet subtle. Excellent for every day wear for the one who works in the office or outdoors year-round. A must have for every man's collection.

Acqua Di Gio is the most awesome scent I have smelled on a man. I worked in a doctors office for many years and we had a drug rep that wore Acqua Di Gio and ALL the women in the office lined up to hug him every time he came by. The scent is very different from all other men's scents. It is soothing, smooth, fresh, and women seem to be drawn to it.
