This scent contains oud, some oud smells like a bunch of chemicals because it's synthetic but in this perfume it does not. After you initially spray it on it dries down to a very comforting soothing smell. It's a smell that can be worn in the summer and winter because of the floral notes. Some people may think it's for a more mature woman but at the same time some women regardless of age are just sick of the whole candy gourmand and want something different. It lingers on your clothing even if you put it on your skin long after you've stopped wearing them. I could still smell it come laundry day. I had originally just sprayed it on my skin and let it dry before putting on my long sleeve shirt. If you are sensitive to oud then be aware it is in this product despite it not being listed on this page.
