I love this scent. It’s so unique. I smelled it when I was in Sicily and had to order it when I got back home. It’s comforting but also sexy. Totally unisex, but I’m a woman and love wearing this. It’s also great to layer either other fragrances. Lasts a long time for me. I’ve heard some say it’s a fall/winter scent, but I plan to wear all year.

At first spray, Gris Charnel caught me off guard. The opening leaned more masculine than I expected, with a cool, slightly woody edge that made me wonder if it would settle into something that wasn’t quite “me.” But then it started to shift. As it dried down, the scent softened and warmed into the most beautiful elegant spice. The fig and tea notes came forward, rounded by creamy woods and a gentle sweetness that feels smooth rather than sugary. What began as sharp and tailored turned into something cozy, refined, and quietly sensual. It has depth without being heavy and character without shouting. The evolution is the star here. If you judge it only by the first minute, you’ll miss the magic that happens after. This is one of those fragrances that rewards patience. Once it blooms on the skin, it’s classy, intriguing, and completely addictive. I went from slight concern to full-on love by the time it settled.

I absolutely love this fragrance and it is a great unisex scent that can definitely be worn and enjoyed by anyone. It has a clean and cozy scent that reminds me of something familiar from my childhood but I can’t figure out what it is. It’s a safe blind buy.
